三、關于圖書營銷 香港文學藝術出版社根據賣點和需求,通過經銷商在港台市場進行營銷,根據訂單和征訂數量,出版社將再行印刷 香港繁體橫排、台灣繁體豎排的圖書版本,(注:印刷費由出版社承擔,和運費一同計入銷售成本)並與作者 另有協議約束。銷售收入原則上按五五分成(詳見附件——銷售協議)。由乙方自行營銷的圖書,銷售收入歸 乙方所有,甲方不獲利,也不參與分成,更不承擔由此而産生的任何法律責任。


附件:銷售協議(要點)

1、作者一書 《》由香港文學藝術出版社在港台書市營銷,營銷範疇:港台市場的書店和连锁店,大學教育機構 及圖書館.共征訂_____冊,銷售總額(碼洋)爲_____元(人民帀)。

2、根據香港訂單合同,出版社給經銷商的折扣爲五折(即50%),實際銷售總額(回款)爲_____元(港帀); 根據台灣訂單合同,出版社給總經銷商的折扣爲五折(即50%),實際銷售總額(回款)爲_____元 (新台帀)。

3、再版印刷費和境外運費,根據征訂數量,甲乙雙方共同商定。並計入銷售成本,(每本書印刷費_____元人 民帀,運費_____元人民帀,銷售成本總計爲_____元(人民帀)。

4、作者—書。香港訂單,甲乙雙方按五五分成,各得_____元人民帀。按六個月的回款吋間分次進行;台灣訂 單,作者和出版社五五分成,各得_____元人民帀,按一年回款時間分次進行,甲方應在所限時間內分次 向乙方 結算,返利___元人民帀,一次性打入乙方銀行卡賬號,作者銀行卡賬號:_____

3、 With regard to book marketing, Hong Kong Literature and Art Publishing House conducts marketing in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets through distributors according to the selling points and demands. According to the orders and the number of orders, the publishing house will reprint the books of Hong Kong Traditional Chinese horizontal arrangement and Taiwan Traditional Chinese vertical arrangement (Note: the printing fee shall be borne by the publishing house and included in the sales cost together with the freight) and shall be bound by other agreements with the author. In principle, the sales revenue shall be divided into 50% and 50% (see appendix - sales agreement for details). For the books sold by Party B, the sales income shall belong to Party B. Party A shall not make profits, nor participate in the sharing, nor bear any legal liabilities arising therefrom.


Appendix: sales agreement (key points)

1. The author's book is marketed by the Hong Kong Literature and Art Publishing House in the Hong Kong and Taiwan book market. The marketing scope: bookstores and chain stores in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, university educational institutions and libraries. A total of_____ Volume, total sales (code foreign) is_____ Yuan (RMB).

2. According to the order contract in Hong Kong, the discount given by the publishing house to the dealers is 50% (i.e., 50%), and the actual total sales amount (Collection) is_____ RMB (Hong Kong dollar); According to the Taiwan order contract, the discount given by the publishing house to the general distributor is 50% (i.e., 50%), and the actual total sales (Collection) is_____ RMB (New Taiwan dollars).

3. The reprint printing fee and overseas freight shall be agreed upon by both parties according to the ordered quantity. And included in the sales cost, (the printing fee of each book is ____ yuan, the freight is ____ yuan, and the total sales cost is _____ (yuan).

4. Author - book. For orders from Hong Kong, Party A and Party B shall be divided into 50% and each party shall get_____ RMB.
