一、關于圖書出版

1、作者一書，由甲方負責編輯排版和封面設計，有關圖書的規格尺寸，會參考作者意見制作。本書基本爲大   32開或小十六開，封面250克銅版紙，並附高檔啞膜，內文70克純質或輕型紙，勒口刊登作者彩照與簡曆，  根據作者需求，印制簡體或繁體兩種不同版本的簡裝或精裝圖書（）部，25—30個工作日將圖書交給作者  （）部。

2、付款方式，乙方首先按出版總費用的30%付款，再由甲方設計封面和排版，完成定稿後，並制作樣書快遞作  者征求意見，乙方同意並確認圖書可以印制後，再付余款70%。在網上一校對或製作樣書合同期為25—30個  工作日， 時間從作者交付定金之日起計算，發書不含快遞托運消耗的時長，法定節假日順延，甲方將圖書  __部遞與乙方。

3、甲方出具一份蓋章的圖書出版合同，電郵或快遞乙方，乙方在合同上簽名，並以電子郵件方式回傳甲方。本  合同一式兩份， 甲乙雙方各執一份，本合同具有法律效力，簽名蓋章生效。未盡事宜，雙方另行商定。

1、 About book publishing

1. Party A is responsible for the editing, typesetting and cover design of the author's book. The specifications and dimensions of the book will be made with reference to the opinions of the author. The book is basically 32 folios or 16 folios in size, with 250 grams of coated paper on the cover and 70 grams of pure or light paper on the inside. The color photos and resumes of the author are printed in the mouth. According to the needs of the author, two different versions of simple or hard bound books () in simplified or traditional Chinese are printed, and the books are delivered to the author () within 25-30 working days.

2. Payment method: Party B shall first pay 30% of the total publishing cost, and then Party A shall design the cover and typesetting. After the final draft is completed, Party B shall make the sample book express for comments. After Party B agrees and confirms that the book can be printed, Party B shall pay 70% of the balance. The contract period for proofreading or making sample books on the Internet is 25-30 working days. The time is calculated from the date when the author pays the deposit. The time consumed by express delivery is not included in the delivery of the books. The legal holidays are postponed. Party A will send the books__ To Party B.

3. Party A shall issue a sealed book publishing contract and send it to Party B by e-mail or courier. Party B shall sign the contract and send it back to Party A by e-mail. This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. This contract has legal effect and takes effect with signature and seal. Matters not covered herein shall be separately agreed by both parties.
